9 December 2004 – Stamford (CT): Xerox’s board of directors has elected five of its executives to the additional posts of corporate VP.
Those affected include Quincy Allen, president of Xerox Production Systems Group; Stephen Cronin, chief of staff for Xerox’s developing markets; Kathleen Fanning, VP of tax; David Hyde, SVP of Xerox North American Agents Operations; and Ivy McKinney, deputy general counsel.
In addition, corporate VP Michael Farren is now also corporate secretary.
