7 January 2005 – Newport (UK): Integra has announced that Whittaker Office Solutions has joined the group as its newest member.
Whittaker, formally a member of United, joined Integra’s directory division, which aims to help medium to large dealers improve margins, reduce operating costs and devise a comprehensive marketing programme that is able to attract large account customers.
Integra’s CEO Rick Needle said: "Naturally we are thrilled to begin 2005 in the same buoyant position as we finished 2004, with the news of this very important addition to the group."
