28 November 2005 – Bentonville (AR): Retailing giant Wal-Mart has said it expects a 4.3 per cent rise in November same-store sales, boosted by better-than expected sales during the post-Thanksgiving day shopping spree.
The company’s announcement comes at the midpoint of its growth forecast of 3 to 5 per cent for the period.
