27 July 2006 — Dixon (IL): UPM Raflatac is to build a new pressure sensitive labelstock factory in Dixon, Illinois.
The $109 million investment will create a new factory focussing on serving label converters in the US Midwest market and will offer the company’s full range of paper and filmic products.
Construction is to commence immediately and is expected to be completed in Q1 2008.
