23 January 2006 – Westmont (IL): Environmental and social responsibility information released by UPM has been judged the best in the forest products industry.
The 2005 Roberts Environmental Centre Pacific Sustainability Index, compiled annually by a research centre at Claremont McKenna College in Los Angeles, awarded UPM the highest overall score for its environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility efforts.
