7 April 2006– London (UK): United Office Products has gone into administration, OPI can reveal.
Chris Lee told OPI he believed the situation was inevitable: "The company had so much legacy debt from the merger of different brands. And now the closure of Europa is costing United a lot of money."
As many as 25 of United’s current 28 members plan to set up their own group, according to sources.
Lee told OPI that for the moment he plans to concentrate on his position as managing director of Office Zone.
