10 August 2005 – Oslo (NOR): In a move that will shake-up the entire Norwegian OP market, leading players Tybring-Gjedde (CTG) and Rich Andvord are merging.
CTG CEO Bjorn Maarud spoke to OPI at length about the deal in an interview for the September issue of OPI magazine. Maarud will be CEO of the combined company, to be called Andvord Tybring-Gjedde.
The merger will make the new NKr2.5 billion ($390 million) company the largest player in the Nordic region.
