Telesales success for Avery and Superstat

22 September 2006 — Maidenhead (UK): Avery Dennison recently commissioned Superstat’s inhouse telesales team to carry out an awareness campaign on consumers.

 

A number of dealers were picked at random and each provided customers for the telesales team to contact.

 

Out of the customers contacted, 12 percent placed orders on the day.

 

Julie McGrattan, Sales Support Manager said: "Generally on a cold call basis you would expect to receive around a 5 percent maximum success rate, so to reach 12 percent was a brilliant outcome."
