8 December 2005 – Walsall (UK): The UK’s Systemcare Products and Germany’s Coolike Regenery have formed a strategic marketing alliance to develop new channels of distribution.
In a statement, Systemcare, the private brand office equipment cleaning products manufacturer, and office cleaning products firm Coolike said they are of a "similar size but have developed strengths in different areas".
Marketing VP of Systemcare Doug Skeggs said: "This alliance will give Systemcare the opportunity to exploit the as yet underdeveloped UK medical, pharmaceutical and promotional categories and forms part of our long term diversification strategy. Coolike in turn will be able to benefit from Systemcare’s international distribution platform."
