25 April 2006 – Synnex has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of the Telpar distribution unit of PEAK Technologies for about $5 million.
The acquisition will expand the company’s product and knowledge offering in the Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) and point of sale (POS) segments.
