23 October 2007 — Bradford (UK): Supplies Team has begun the formal trading separation from the ISA Group by appointing its board of directors.
Andy Greening will continue as managing director, following seven years in the position and 16 years’ service with Supplies Team.
Martin Ross will remain in the position of supply chain director. He has been serving in the role for four years, in which time he has implemented an integrated logistics, inventory and distribution service platform at Wakefield in Yorkshire.
Andrew Stacey has been appointed as merchandising director. He will look after product selection and supplier arrangements. He has been involved with Supplies Team since 2004.
Harry Stevenson will assume the newly created marketing director role. He has been with the company for 12 years and will be responsible for all customer-facing marketing activities.
The board will report to CEO Bruce Robinson. He said: "The formal separation of Supplies Team provides the opportunity to enhance the sales and service proposition to existing and new customers, particularly within the government and corporate sectors.
"The company has a long-established and excellent reputation associated with electronic office supplies. I am very much looking forward to working with an experienced and successful management team in the coming years. There are a number of important projects to undertake in 2008 that will affect physical as well as operational separation – these will be communicated to customers and suppliers on a regular and ongoing basis."
