Superstat conference hailed a success

20 July 2006 – Bradford (UK): Superstat’s annual conference was held last weekend at The Chesford Grange Hotel in Warwickshire and proved a popular success.

The conference started on Thursday 13 July with its annual golf day, which was won by Warren Evans of Solutions Centre. The following morning members took part in an interactive brainstorming session before participating in the Sport Relief Mile run around the hotel complex.

 

The evening came to a close with the summer barbeque where more money was raised for the charity through a penalty shoot out event, bringing the total raised to £465.

 

On Saturday, Spicers new CEO, Rob Vale gave a presentation to the group on the company’s future plans. Later Andrew Kureishy. Steve Upperton and John Sutton, all of Spicers, presented three business sessions before the conference drew to its close.
