Study reveals US ‘passion’ for arts and crafts

3 August 2006 — Baltimore (MD): A survey conducted by Vertis Communications has revealed that 34 percent of adults get involved in art of crafts because they feel passionate about their projects.
             
The study found that consumers of arts and crafts items such as fabric, paints and scrapbooking materials, have spent approximately $170 over the last 12 months.
