9 June 2006 — Helsinki (FIN): Stora Enso has sold Celulose Beira Industrial (Celbi), which includes the company’s Celbi pulp mill in Portugal, to Altri.
Enso will record a capital gain of approximately €170 million ($214 million) on completion of the sale. The transaction is expected to be completed in Q3 2006.
