18 March 2005 – Ningbo (CHN): The 2005 China International Stationery and Gifts Exhibition is to be held from 23-25 March at the International Exhibition Centre in Ningbo, one of China’s most important stationery manufacturing bases.
Ningbo, situated in the Zhejiang province in the republic’s east, is home to more than 2,760 manufacturers and 600 import and export companies.
In 2004, the region’s gross production value reached CÂ¥17.2 billion (US$2 billion) and accounted for a quarter of the national figure.
