Staples launches new PC support plan

Framingham (MA), USA. Staples has launched its new Staples EasyTech Total Support plan that ensures customers' operating systems and virus protection are always up-to-date.

The service is available in one- and two-year plans and includes upgrades, maintenance, data transfers and installations for new and old PCs.

A development of the Staples’ EasyTech programme launched in 2007, customers who bring in their working Windows XP computer can also get $50 off a new PC purchase.

Conor Kearney, VP of Technology for Staples, said: "Small businesses can now cover their old PCs as well as new devices, and our great trade-in options let customers upgrade to new, high-performing computers easily and affordably."
