24 July 2007 — PowerReviews, a provider of customer review services for multi-channel retailers, is linking up with Staples to enable tag-based customer reviews on Staples.com.
Staples, the first national office products retailer to offer online product reviews, is using the review service to provide reviews on its website for a breadth of products including printers, laptops, ink, paper, furniture, office supplies and shredders.

PowerReviews provides a "customer review solution" giving multi-channel retailers, such as Staples, product reviews with "minimal" effort and risk.
