19 November 2004 – Milan (ITA): Spicers’ Italian operation has opened its doors for business.
Spicers’ CEO Bill Armstrong said: "After a long period of preparation we are delighted to be trading now in Italy. Our team under the leadership of Francesco Villa has done a fantastic job in getting the operation up and running and we are very pleased with the positive response we have had from customers."
Spicers Italia’s 110,000 sq ft warehouse and head office are situated at Castel San Giovanni, south of Milan.
