2 June 2006 — Monte Carlo (MON): This year’s eurOPe conference in Monte Carlo will be breaking new ground by giving delegates their first taste of speed networking.
Based on the principle of speed dating, the evening invites buyers and sellers to meet and greet for just three minutes before a bell signals it’s time to move on.
"With many new delegates attending for the first time it’s an ideal way to meet industry colleagues before the start of the conference," said eurOPe 2006 event manager Janet Bell. "This is the first time we’ve seen speed networking at a conference like this and it leads perfectly into the opening welcome party."
