26 January 2007 — Atlanta (GA): SP Richards has released its new Enhanced E-content to industry system providers and their customer bases.
The new Enhanced E-content addresses a number of key areas that include improving and expanding the database of images, product-related information, search capabilities and product indexing.
Paul Gatens, director of eCommerce, said: "This new e-content has the potential to increase dealers’ sales and customer retention by dramatically enhancing their customers’ online experiences."
Benefits of the new Enhanced E-content are said to include product specific images, quicker and more intuitive product searches, cross sell and up sell suggestions, as well as category specific attribute templates that make side-by-side item comparisons possible.
According to the company: "Long-term goals related to this initiative are the development of an aggregated product sales database that identifies purchase trends and patterns by customer demographics including geography, size, and industry type."
