13 December 2004 – Birmingham (UK): Spicers’ SOS conference 2004 was an "enormous success", according to its organisers.
The two-day conference, held on 8 and 9 December at the NEC in Birmingham, saw 707 dealers visit around 70 exhibition stands.
David Grassby, director of marketing at Spicers, said: "Both days had a real buzz, with visitor and exhibitor reaction being very positive."
A supplier at the event, sales director Dan Thompson of safe-provider Phoenix Safe, said: "SOS was, for us, the best show we have exhibited at for a number of years. The response was fantastic and the organisation great."
