Small is beautiful says Pitney Bowes

15 July 2005 – Harlow (UK): A Pitney Bowes report has revealed that smaller office equipment retailers in the UK are good performers when it comes to ‘best-practice’ direct marketing.

The report which focussed on the whole UK SME sector found that 25 per cent of all SMEs are currently conducting ‘best-practice’ direct marketing and that the figure is expected to rise to 39 per cent by 2007.
