SIS International expects loss

15 July 2005 – Helsinge (DEN): Office furniture maker SIS International is expecting a pre-tax loss of between $8 million and $9.6 million.

The company is attributing the loss to a contract for the sale of its shares in Dannor Hass & Berg to Laki, which is now the sole owner of Dannor.

SIS also said that the second half of financial year 2004/2005 had been weaker than expected.
