28 February 2005 – Federal Way (WA): Weyerhaeuser has appointed Shaker Chandrasekaran as VP of cellulose fibres manufacturing, replacing James Watson as he retires in August.
Chandrasekaran, who came to Weyerhaeuser in 2002 with the acquisition of Willamette Industries, will be responsible for operations at the company’s 12 North American pulp mills and sales efforts of its cellulose fibres business.
