24 August 2006 — Quebec (CAN): SFK Pulp, a Canadian pulp company, has agreed to acquire two recycled bleached kraft pulp mills — American Fiber Resources Mill and the Great Lakes Pulp Company.
The acquisitions which, are expected to close on 15 October mark the company’s first since its creation in 2002.
