PACT still strong for VOW

Sheffield, UK. Wholesaler VOW says it enjoyed its 15th consecutive year of growth with its PACT (Pricing Assistance for Contract Tendering) service in 2013.

Its PACT team – which assists VOW+ customers when competing against contract stationers or non-VOW members for business – played “a vital role” in winning or retaining around £66 million ($110 million) worth of contracts in 2013.

That represented 8% growth and some 485 contracts defended and 93 new ones established.

Chris Penn, Head of Corporate Accounts at VOW, said: “These achievements are not just a reflection of the capabilities and expertise of a team with over 100 years’ industry experience, but they are also a reflection of the skills and attitude of the resellers who work with and place their trust in us.”
