Office products vendor Durable has been certified as a carbon-neutral company as of 1 February.
In order to achieve this milestone, Durable worked with environmental certification organisation Climate Partner to determine its corporate carbon footprint. This was calculated at 5,242 tonnes, all of which have been offset by supporting climate protection projects.
“As a company, we have a great responsibility towards our customers, partners, employees and the environment,” said Managing Director Rolf Schifferens. “This is why we have taken the first key step by calculating our carbon footprint.”
