Antalis has acquired Spanish firm Gosuma, a distributor of industrial packaging solutions.
Located in the north of the country, Gosuma serves more than 1,000 customers and generates annual sales of around €5 million ($5.4 million). It distributes products such as cardboard boxes, plastic containers, polyethylene, adhesive tapes and machinery – mainly for the automotive sector, but also for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Gosuma is Antalis’ first M&A deal of 2023, following the 2022 acquisitions of BB Pack in Germany and Cohal in Spain.
