UK dealer group Nemo Office Club has incorporated artificial intelligence (AI) into its dealer support services and marketing initiatives.

AI technology allows the group to deliver more relevant content for its marketing programmes, according to the organisation. Managing Director Tim Beaumont, acknowledging the rapid changes in the business landscape, noted the importance of AI for a competitive edge in marketing.

“It’s crucial for businesses to comprehend the potential of AI in marketing. Contrary to common misconceptions, AI is not solely about saving time or replacing human creativity. It requires a new set of skills to effectively leverage its capabilities,” said Beaumont.

Nemo Office Club has used AI to personalise managed social media and email communications as well as improving web content and fine-tuning details, including headlines. In a statement, it called AI an “integral part of day-to-day operations”.

The group’s Marketing Manager Alan Calder added: “The true value lies in leveraging AI to improve the quality and responsiveness of marketing materials by effectively communicating and setting parameters to generate unique and relevant content for targeted marketing initiatives.”
