Planet Green Cartridges has filed a lawsuit against Amazon for allegedly allowing resellers to sell new-build compatible cartridges labelled as remanufactured.
According to Actionable Intelligence, Planet Green filed its complaint in a California district court on 14 August. What is unusual in this case is that the remanufacturer is targeting Amazon and not third-party vendors on its marketplace.
