OPI is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Jennifer Smith, founder and CEO of leading US independent dealer Innovative Office Solutions.
Jennifer had been battling cancer for the past four years. In the end, she beat the disease and died cancer free, but the incredible toll from the prolonged treatments was too much for her body. The whole OPI team extends its heartfelt condolences to Jennifer’s husband, Brooks, and their children at this difficult time.
Jennifer was an inspirational leader in the US business products channel. Not only did she grow Innovative into one of the country’s largest independent resellers through a razor-sharp focus on customer service, she did so with an unrivalled company culture based on a shared vision and a dedication to giving back to the community.
She will be sorely missed.
