Highlands has reported the sad news that its Director of Strategic Accounts – Staples, Jeff Ballard, has passed away.
Jeff, just 54, joined Highlands in March 2019 from TOPS Office Products, where he had spent ten years in senior marketing roles.
“Jeff’s extensive industry experience and undoubted skill made him an important member of the Highlands team and a valuable partner to our clients,” said Highlands CEO Bob O’Gara. “We are going to miss his dry sense of humour, as well as the intelligence and passion he brought to work every day.”
Jeff is survived by his wife Kathleen, son Nolan, daughters Kyra and Emma, and sister Elizabeth.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in his memory be made to Marshall Steam Museum & Friends of Auburn Heights; PO Box 61, 3000 Creek Rd, Yorklyn, DE 19736.
