US foodservice and jan/san reseller BradyIFS has expanded its presence along the east coast of the country with the acquisition of FPC Distribution.
Wilson Roe founded FPC Distribution – serving Maryland and Virginia – in 1953 and it has served businesses with foodservice, dry goods and jan/san products ever since. Richard Roe assumed leadership from his father in 1982.
The acquisition is one of a series of expansions by BradyIFS this year. Firstly, in the Midwest in January. Next, in Florida in May and, most recently, in California with the acquisition of Gorm earlier this month.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
