President of Gould’s national division dies

8 April 2005 – New York (NY): Robert Anderson, president of Gould’s national division, has died, the company’s chairman and president Harry Gould has announced.

Anderson had been with the company for almost 28 years, originally as EVP and general sales manager before he took up his position as president of the national division.

Gould said: "Bob was a ‘larger than life’ individual, who was liked and respected by everybody who met him. He will be sorely missed, not only by his fellow employees at Gould, but also by the rest of the paper industry."

Shortly before he died, Anderson agreed to turn the reins of the national division over to Michael Duncan, president of Gould’s metro division.
