27 July 2006 — Stamford (CT): Pitney Bowes has agreed to acquire document management infrastructure (DMI) company Print, for $47 million.
Print will be amalgamated into a subsidiary of Pitney Bowes and will operate as part of Pitney Bowes Direct.
Washington-based Print employs 221 people across 15 sites and reported revenue of $49 million in 2005.
