24 August 2006 — Essex (UK): PFE International, a widely renowned manufacturer of mailing systems, has announced the acquisition of BABS UK in order to extend their portfolio of office and print finishing equipment.
BABS UK is a specialist company for document processing equipment. Its product line includes binders, booklet makers, folders and guillotines as well as a modern range of shredders suitable for all companies and industries.
Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
