29 March 2005 – Sydney (AUS): Pelikan Quartet has acquired the majority shareholding of The Geoff Penney Group.
In a joint statement, Geoff Penney’s CEO Andre Raynal and Pelikan Quartet’s managing director Bruce Haynes said: "This is a very exciting time for both our companies, and we truly believe that this association will provide us all with increased opportunities in the future.
"Both businesses will continue to trade at their existing locations and under their respective names for the foreseeable future."
