Parker bullish despite O’Sullivan slump

10 May 2005 – Roswell (GA): O’Sullivan Industries has reported a widening if its Q3 net loss.

The office furniture manufacturer posted a net loss of $13.2 million on sales of $68.5 million, compared to a loss of $5.3 million on sales of $73.2 million, registered a year earlier.

Despite the shortfall, president/CEO Bob Parker commented: "These results are in line with our expectations as we continue to reorganise O’Sullivan and solidify our infrastructure. While we would like to see increased sales and profits earlier, we are on track with our plan to turn O’Sullivan around and begin to deliver increases in fiscal 2006."
