5 November 2004 – London (UK): OyezStraker has raised £8,000 ($14,800) this year for the Solicitors’ Benevolent Association (SBA) through the organisation and sponsoring of the annual Paris golf tournament.
This brings the total raised for the charity, which works to assist solicitors and their dependents who suffer from ill health, to £120,000 over a period of 14 years.
OyezStraker’s director of office supplies John Hickford presented this year’s donation to the president of the SBA at a special fundraising event held at the Mansion House in the City of London.
