31 July 2006 — Croydon (UK): The OyezStraker Group has acquired data and records management company, File and Data Storage (FDS).
Nick Hodges, MD of business services at OyezStraker, said: "The acquisition is a perfect fit with our own blue chip client list and our existing services to the legal profession and other industries. We know that many of our clients have a requirement for professional records management and I believe they will welcome this move as providing the full range of services under one roof."
Terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
