2 March 2005 – Miami (FL): The Office Products Wholesalers Association (OPWA) has awarded six OP companies for their leadership, innovation and quality at its recent 2005 office products conference in Miami, Florida.
The 2005 leadership award went to Gordon Haight of Tombow USA. In the manufacturer of the year category, Baumgarten was the winner in the office products division while 3M was the runner-up. In the category’s writing instruments division, Pentel of America came out trumps, with Bic as the runner-up.
Avery Dennison received the 2005 innovation of the year award.
