15 November 2005 – Boras (SWE): A new alliance called the Office Union has been formed from the partnership of the following companies: the Sweden-based RKV Group; the Denmark-based OSD Group; the Finland/Estonia based Tamore and Norway-based Litografen.
The new coalition will represent the largest group in office supplies in Scandinavia, with a total turnover of approximately €500 million ($587 million).
The Office Union’s main co-ordinating office is RKV in Sweden and its business will be directed by an executive group consisting of the managing director from each member, supported by a purchasing and sales group with representatives from each country.
