A new alliance called the Office Union has been formed by four Scandinavian companies. The firms involved are: Sweden-based RKV Group; Denmark-based OSD Group; Tamore from Finland/Estonia; and Litografen from Norway.
The new coalition will represent the largest group in office supplies in Scandinavia, with a combined turnover of approximately €500 million ($587 million).
Office Union’s main co-ordinating office is based at RKV in Sweden and its business will be directed by an executive group consisting of the managing
director from each member, supported by a purchasing and sales group with representatives from each country.
