One of Integra’s biggest dealers to leave

16 November 2006 — London (UK): One of Integra’s largest dealers, London Graphic Centre (LGC), is to leave the group in pursuit of a "new direction".

LGC’s managing director Gordon Christiansen said: "As a larger dealer we have invested in our own marketing, IT and operations infrastructure so don’t need the direct support from Integra that many other dealers would benefit from."

He continued: "In addition, we would like to see the current shareholding structure changed to reflect the income generated by individual members. I am sure Integra will address this in the future in order to maintain and grow its membership."

LGC will formally leave the group on 1 January.
