20 April 2006 – Denver (CO): OfficeSource, a Denver-based furniture manufacturer for the mid-market, has announced the acquisition of furniture wholesaler COE Distributing.
The acquisition of COE, a 20 year-old company based in Pennsylvania and one of the largest regional office furniture wholesalers in the US, takes OfficeSource’s annual revenue to more than $100 million.
