1 November 2004 – Itasca (IL): OfficeMax Incorporated, formerly Boise Cascade, has confirmed the members of its board of directors and executive management team.
George Harad, former chairman and CEO of Boise Cascade, was elected executive chairman of the board of OfficeMax, and Chris Milliken, formerly division president/CEO of Boise Office Solutions, was elected to become president/CEO and director of the company.
In addition, Gary Peterson, former president of Boise Office Solutions’ retail operations, was named president of retail.
