Officebroker.com branches out in the US

18 January 2007 — Dallas (TX): Officebroker.com, Britain’s fastest growing online office broking company has expanded into the US market.

The Staffordshire-based company has opened an office in the Carrollton business district of Dallas.

 

The company says it has already secured major office-space contracts with several global companies and specifically points to the example of placing global talent management solutions provider, Stepstone in an exclusive office space in New York’s Empire State Building.

 

Revenue for the first financial year is projected at $600,000 which added to the UK’s sales will create group revenue of around £3.5 million.

 

Founded in 2001 by Jim Venables and Andy Haywood, officebroker.com has doubled its sales year on year.
