Office World has taken another step on its road to Switzerland-wide coverage with the announcement of another new store.
After opening its 16th store in September at the Matran retail park near Fribourg, the retailer opened its 17th outlet at the Gaupark shopping centre in the Swiss town of Egerkingen last month.
Office World is also pushing ahead with plans to expand activities in the catalogue ordering and online shopping channels.
CEO Matthias Baumann said: "We leave it to our customers to decide whether they want to shop in a superstore, order via the internet or make their purchases from a catalogue. The superstores also underpin the strong Office World brand, which in turn promotes direct business."
