29 November 2004 – Vejle (DEN): Office Supplies Denmark (OSD) has tendered its resignation from BPGI, after more than three years with the organisation.
BPGI’s CEO Jim Preston said: "It is with regret that we accept the resignation of Office Supplies Denmark from our organisation. OSD has been a valuable contributor since joining our organisation.
"We are very supportive of its initiatives to dramatically restructure its organisation and reposition its vendor agreements in order to ensure the ongoing health of their dealer members. It is the intention of both parties to remain in close contact in the future," he added.
The resignation will be effective from 1 January 2005.
