Office 1 Superstore is entering the Slovakian marketplace after signing a master franchise agreement with local OP company SEVT.
SEVT operates in a number of channels. With annual sales in excess of $10 million, it is Slovakia’s largest OP retailer and wholesaler. It also manufactures forms and acts as a contract stationer serving a number of government ministries and banks.
SEVT’s 14 retail outlets will all be gradually rebranded as Office 1, with plans for some 26 stores to be opened in the next two years.
Separately, in November’s news, the Macedonian franchise of Office 1 Superstore opened its first outlet in the country.
Franchisee Ofset MK said it plans to further expand in Macedonia through sub-franchising agreements.
